 Arizona Consolidated Statewide Search

Arizona has 15 counties and lacks a centralized criminal records repository.

Accurate research requires a blend of public access terminals, court websites, direct data acquisition, and collaboration with county clerks.

Our Arizona consolidated statewide search product offers comprehensive county-level searches across all 15 Arizona counties. Customize your search to include:

         Superior court only

  • Use Cases: You are looking for felony convictions.

         Superior court and county seat justice court

  • Use Case: You only need to know if a possible record belongs to your defendant or not

         Superior court and all justice courts

  • Use Cases: You want felony convictions and misdemeanor cases located in a county with a more widespread population or multiple geographically clustered justice courts, such as Maricopa County in Arizona.

         Superior court, all justice courts, and municipal courts

  • Use Cases: You want to find any possible records related to your subject.

Given Nevada’s limited reporting to national databases, local expertise is crucial. AccuSearch provides access to Nevada statewide searches through a specialized program by the Nevada Department of Public Safety called the Civil Name Check (“CNC”). These searches are limited to PI licensed companies registered with the Nevada Private Investigator Licensing Board.

Nevada Consolidated Statewide Search

At this time Nevada does not require that all records be reported to the DPS repository within a set length of time. While the agency is working on a project to add missing dispositions to the repository, it is not returning records without dispositions while the project is underway.

To address this gap, AccuSearch developed a new product called Accu360NV which is a Nevada county level consolidated statewide search. The product includes:

Direct searches of all 17 Nevada county District Courts

In-house research teams covering Clark and Washoe counties

Clerk-assisted searches for the remaining counties

This product provides a more complete and accurate court-based alternative to the DPS program.

Use Cases

  1. Do not have the ability to obtain a signed release from the original applicant

  2. You are interested in obtaining any cases located in the District courts, regardless of the disposition

  3. You require all felony convictions located in the state of Nevada
