Frequently Asked Questions
AccuSearch specializes in court-level research in Arizona and Nevada. We conduct research in the District Court, Superior Court, Justice Court, and Municipal Courts across both states.
Pricing depends on Volume and Hit Ratio:
Hit ratios of 15%+ are considered prescreened work as they require additional labor
Hit ratios of 50%+ generally qualify as retrievals, depending on volume and instructions. These orders require the highest level of labor to complete.

Accessing criminal records in Arizona and Nevada is not as simple as logging into a portal. Both states present distinct challenges:
Arizona has 15 counties and lacks a centralized criminal records repository. Accurate research requires a blend of public access terminals, court websites, direct data acquisition, and collaboration with county clerks.
Nevada has 17 counties and lacks a centralized criminal records repository that is accessible to the public. While Clark and Washoe Counties provide on-site public access terminals, records from all other counties must be obtained through clerk-assisted searches, which can be slow and complex. The combination of intelligent automation, on-site court researchers, and long-standing relationships with court clerks gives AccuSearch a clear advantage in delivering the highest quality reports with the fastest turn-around-times.

Superior Court (Arizona): Felony and gross misdemeanor convictions.

Please note: These searches are name-only and may have redacted identifiers due to court policy.
Court fees vary by jurisdiction and may change periodically.
Arizona: Each court sets their own pricing policies when it comes to access fees and copy fees. Some charge copy fees by the page while others charge by the document.
Nevada: Each court charges the same access fees. Assuming a client’s Scope remains consistent on all orders (7 or 10 year search), court fees are predictable.
For the most up-to-date Court Access Fee Schedule, please contact us and we will send you a copy.
Turnaround times can vary. For the most current estimates, please request a report which will show the current TATs.
