 AccuSearch Online Makes Pre-Employment Background Screening Fast and Simple

Each AccuSearch client is provided a unique user ID and password for AccuSearch Online – a secure, state-of-the-art, web-based system that speeds up pre-employment background screening and simplifies the process for employers and their Human Resources and Security professionals. Users can access the system anytime to order new requests, to check the status of background checks underway, or to view finished reports.


 Easy-to-Read Reports

AccuSearch pre-employment screening reports are especially easy to read and understand thanks to our simple color-coding system.

Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check Scrutinize any piece of information that is color-coded red. Red indicates that a record has been FOUND, or that we did NOT confirm information provided by the applicant, either because a source failed to respond to repeated inquiries, or because there was a discrepancy between the information we obtained and that provided by the applicant.
Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check Pay attention to yellow items. Yellow can signal that an important NOTE has been entered, or indicate only a PARTIAL match between information we obtained and information the applicant supplied.
Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check Green signals that our investigation did not uncover any records on the applicant or any inconsistencies, and that all is CLEAR.

Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check When you click on AccuSearch Online Screening Client Login on our Home page, a login screen will appear.
Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check Enter "DEMO1234" as your User Name and "1234DEMO" as your Password. Click OK .
Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check Messages and user instructions are displayed on the AccuSearch Online Home page.
Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check To view a sample report on your applicant John Doe, for example, click on the “Orders”  tab, enter “Doe” in  the “Last Name” box, then click Go. A list of all your applicants named  “Doe” will appear. Click on the Applicant ID corresponding to “John” and his screening  report will display.
Pre Employment Screening - Employment Background Check To enter a new order, click on "New Order" just below the "Home" tab. Enter information about your applicant and the screening package and/or services you are requesting.
